2-Year Limited Warranty

At xplate, we build gear meant to work as hard as you do. Every xplate unit is backed by our limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

• Defects in materials and workmanship
• Mechanical failures under normal residential use
• Malfunctions in the adjustment or locking systems

Accidental damage, cosmetic wear, commercial or institutional use, or damage from impact with hard surfaces are not covered under this warranty.

To file a warranty claim, contact our support team at support@xplate.fit or 1-760-917-7589 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit at xplate's discretion.

xplate reserves the right to review, investigate, and deny any claim suspected of abuse, misrepresentation, or fraud. Warranty coverage may be voided at our sole discretion if fraudulent activity is identified.
