xplate is a modular strength training system that allows you to perform multiple types of exercises from one piece of equipment. It supports kettlebell movements, double kettlebell configurations, straight bar and EZ curl bar exercises, plate-based training, and variable resistance setups.
It was designed to deliver real, loaded resistance while reducing the need for multiple separate pieces of equipment.
Most training tools are built around a single function. xplate was engineered as a multi-format system with interchangeable configurations, allowing users to train across different movement patterns using one platform.
Start with fit, then consider load progression.If you benefit from narrower handle spacing and prefer smaller, more gradual increases in weight, Model M may be the better option.
If you prefer standard-width spacing and want the ability to progress into heavier loading more quickly, Model L may be the better fit.
Model M and Model L are scaled differently in both geometry and load progression.
Model M features:
- 16-inch double kettlebell spacing
- 17-inch straight bar width
- EZ curl bar geometry reduced by 2 inches
- 5 lb load increments
Model L features:
- 18-inch double kettlebell spacing
- 19-inch straight bar width
- Standard-width EZ curl geometry
- 10 lb load increments
xplate supports a wide range of strength and conditioning exercises including kettlebell movements, double kettlebell training, bar exercises, curls, carries, squats, hinges, and resistance-based training when paired with accessories.
xplate is well suited for environments where space is limited because it consolidates multiple training formats into one system.
What’s included depends on the package you select. Core configurations typically include the base system, plates, kettlebell handles, and bars. Some packages may include accessories and a carry case.
