We ship all orders via FedEx or UPS with full tracking provided. Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address you entered at checkout, xplate's responsibility for the shipment ends. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after the carrier marks them as delivered.

For complete peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection at checkout. This protection covers loss, theft, or damage during transit and after delivery confirmation. If Shipping Protection is declined, any loss occurring after carrier confirmation of delivery is the customer's responsibility.
