Refund and Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your xplate purchase, we want to make it right. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

This policy applies only to purchases made directly on xplate.fit. If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly.

xplate.fit accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • A return request must be submitted and approved within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • All original accessories and materials must be included.

  • Products returned without prior approval cannot be refunded or credited.

Return Shipping Costs

Due to the nature of our products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund based on product weight and destination.

Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without prior written approval are considered unauthorized. Unauthorized returns cannot be refunded, and all associated shipping and handling charges remain the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of submission. After that window, the order cannot be modified or cancelled. If you choose not to keep your order after it has processed, you may return it according to our return policy. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
