SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

We proudly serve customers across all US states and territories, with a few exceptions. Wlease note, we do not ship to:

- American Samoa
- Guam
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands

ORDER PROCESSING & POTENTIAL DELAYS
We strive to process all orders within 24 hours. Keep in mind that orders are neither processed nor shipped on weekends or holidays.

Our warehouse is closed on these major holidays, which may result in minor shipping delays:

- New Year
- Memorial Day
- Shavuot
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Yom Kippur
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can happen due to factors beyond our control, especially relating to the shipping location and warehouse logistics.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
For orders within the US:

Pre-orders placed by December 1st are estimated to deliver by April 2024.

SHIPMENT TRACKING DETAILS
After your order is dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number should be active and trackable within 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes, which are not included in the total cost of your order. These additional charges are the buyer's responsibility.
